These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern the use of the website vilcanepsychology.com (the "Website"). By visiting the Website, you confirm that you accept these Terms.

1.1. The owner and operator of the Website is Egija Vilcāne, consultative, clinical and health psychologist under supervision (Register of Psychologists No.: 7001154; the "Psychologist").

1.2. The information on the Website is of a general nature and is intended to introduce the services provided by the Psychologist: individual psychological consultations, in person and online. The information on the Website does not, by itself, constitute a consultation or a diagnosis.

1.3. Consultations take place by prior arrangement, using the contact form on the Website or another listed communication channel.

2. Use of website content

2.1. All information, text, images, design and logo published on the Website (the "Content") is the intellectual property of the Psychologist, protected under the Copyright Law.

2.2. The Content may be viewed and used for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Copying, reproducing, publishing or commercially exploiting the Content without prior written consent is prohibited.

3. Purpose of use and limitation of liability

3.1. The information on the Website is educational and informational in nature and does not replace an individual psychological consultation or medical care.
