What is psychological counselling?
Psychological counselling is a confidential conversation where you can explore what's on your mind — challenges, questions, or difficult life situations. In the first session, we get acquainted, discuss your situation, and agree on what you'd like to work towards.
The process is tailored to your individual needs and goals. Session frequency is agreed upon individually, taking into account your circumstances and what you're hoping to achieve.
Sessions are available in Latvian or English.
Support across different life situations
Sessions can address a wide range of life challenges and difficulties, including:
Formats & fees
Session frequency is agreed individually, depending on your situation and goals.
If your insurance policy covers reimbursement for psychologist consultation costs, you'll be able to submit the necessary documents to your insurer to receive reimbursement.
Sessions may also incorporate MAC — Metaphorical Associative Cards — a method that uses symbolic images, abstract drawings, and visual prompts. They can help you look at your situation from a new angle, gain deeper self-understanding, and access insights that are sometimes difficult to put into words. There is no single correct interpretation — meaning is created by you, based on your own associations, experiences, and feelings. MAC can be used to explore a specific question, or simply to better understand yourself, your inner resources, and the things that matter most to you.
